"Super easy to get to"
Went with the kids and it was really easy to get there. Parking was simple and we didn’t have to walk far at all, which was a big plus. It also looks like it’d be really easy to get there by bus too. Definitely made the whole day way less stressful...

"Reaaally easy visit with my wheelchair"
I had a suuuper easy time getting around in my wheelchair. The staff were really helpful, the ramps were actually good, and I felt comfortable the whole time.

"Getting in was smoother than I expected"
I remember feeling a little stressed when I first saw the crowd at the desk, but check-in moved along quickly. The staff seemed confident and knew exactly what they were doing, which made me feel more relaxed. It was busy, but not frustrating, and before long we were inside with no real issues.
"We had my son’s birthday party here last..."
We had my son’s birthday party here last weekend, or maybe the weekend before i’ve lost track a bit, but it all went really well. The kids absolutely loved the slides and splash areas and were buzzing pretty much the whole time.
The only slight thing was that the move over to the food part felt a bit rushed, though I’m not sure if we were running late or if it was just the schedule. The staff were really nice and helpful though, and overall I’d definitely book again.
"Good day out, but the water really should be warmer"
Took the kids to Splash World Southport and we did have a really good time overall. The only downside was the water being a bit too cold at first, especially in the main pool. I know you get used to it after a while, but when families are paying to bring little ones swimming, it feels only fair that the water should be a comfortable temperature. The changing rooms were fine and the staff were friendly enough, so no complaints there. We’d probably go again, but I do think they should sort the water temperature out.

"Took the kids to Splash World..."
Took the kids to Splash World Southport and it was decent overall. We had a good enough time, but the changing rooms weren’t great when we arrived, wet floors, a bit of rubbish here and there, and just felt like they could’ve used a quick tidy-up.
The pool area itself seemed fairly clean though, and I did notice staff walking around and checking things, which was reassuring. It wasn’t awful by any means, but I do think they could stay on top of the hygiene side a bit better.

"Warm enough without feeling stuffy"
Took the kids to Splash World Southport and, i was kind of expecting it to feel a bit cold inside, because I always worry about that with pool places. But it was actually really nice and warm, and I didn’t find myself sitting there wondering if I should’ve packed extra layers.
The air was better than I thought too. I kept thinking it might start to feel heavy once it got busier, or that strong chlorine smell would hit, but it stayed fresh and didn’t feel uncomfortable.
Even the changing rooms were a decent temperature, which I know sounds like a small thing, but it really made a difference after getting out of the water. I was half expecting that freezing dash to get dressed, but it was fine and made the whole visit a lot easier

"Pretty solid deal for a family day out"
I took the kids here it was better than I expected for the price. Usually with places like this, I assume the kids will either get bored fast or we’ll feel rushed, but they had a good amount of time in the water and stayed entertained the whole time. The food was a little expensive, but that’s kind of what I expect at these types of places anyway. Overall, it felt like a good value and I’d probably take them back again.

"Clean, well looked after, and other places should be embarrassed"
Went to Splash World Southport last weekend with the kids, it was spot on. The changing rooms were tidy, the pools looked properly maintained, and the staff clearly weren’t just standing around doing nothing. Makes you wonder why so many other places can’t manage the basics, there’s really no excuse. No complaints from us at all, the kids had a brilliant time

"Busy Saturday but good overall"
Went on a Saturday and yeah, it was busy, but most of the slides were running, which was the main thing. One of them stopped for a little while, not a huge deal, and the lines were moving better than I expected. It didn’t feel like everything was breaking down or anything. I’d probably go again, maybe just try to get there a bit earlier next time.

"Really happy with the visit"
Went on a really busy day and I was expecting it to be a bit stressful but the queues moved quick and it never felt too packed. Had a good time overall and I’d definitely go again.

"Info was right on"
The times and prices were exactly what we saw when we got there, everything matched up and made the visit easy.

"We were actually happy with the food..."
We were actually happy with the food and drinks at Splash World Southport. Took the kids for a swim and ended up getting food there instead of hunting around town, which was a relief because one of them was already moaning about being hungry before we’d even found our locker.
There was enough choice for all of us, including hot food, little snacks and drinks, and the prices felt fair for somewhere like this. The staff were friendly too, even when it was busy and someone had dropped chips near the counter. It just made the whole day easier, and we’d definitely go again.

"Friendly staff, but it kind of threw off our plans"
The staff were friendly and did help whenever we asked, which I appreciated. But the whole thing felt a bit rushed, and it kind of messed up the relaxed outing we had planned. We were hoping to take our time and enjoy it, but instead we felt like we had to keep moving along. It was okay overall, not terrible or anything, but definitely not the experience we were hoping for.

"Took the kids to Splash World…"
Took the kids to Splash World Southport we had a great time. I just felt really safe the whole time we were there. The lifeguards were properly watching everything, not just standing around chatting, and they stepped in quickly when some kids started getting a bit silly. It just made it so much easier to relax and actually enjoy the day. 5 stars from us.

"Fun Family Day Out"
We spent a few hours here with the family and had a really nice time. The kids made a beeline for the slides and probably would’ve stayed there all day if we let them. There was enough variety around to keep them busy, which made it easy for us to just relax a bit and enjoy the afternoon. It did get a little crowded at times, but nothing that ruined the day. Overall, it was a fun outing and everyone left happy.

"Good swim, but I noticed the time went fast"
I had a fun visit overall. I was mostly focused on enjoying the swim, so everything else kind of faded into the background, but I did notice the session felt a little short. Still a good time, just wish it had lasted a bit longer.

"Booked tickets online for Splash World Southport and..."
Booked tickets online for Splash World Southport and it was painless. The website was simple enough to get through, and the confirmation email landed almost instantly, like it had been waiting for me to press book. The only tiny thing was that I had to double-check the time slots because they weren’t crystal clear at first. Other than that, getting in with the tickets on my phone was no hassle at all. I’d definitely use it again.

"Easy changing rooms and lockers"
The changing rooms were clean enough and really straightforward to use. The lockers worked fine too and didn’t take forever to sort out, which is a big win when you’ve got kids running around 😅 No complaints from us!

"I took my 3 and 5 year old..."
I took my 3 and 5 year old, and it felt like it was more set up for bigger kids. A few areas were really busy and loud, so they got overwhelmed quickly, and there just wasn’t that much they could properly join in with. I kept feeling like we weren’t really getting our money’s worth, which was frustrating. It might be great in a couple of years, but for little ones I’d probably save the trip for later.
